Sociocracy, developed in The Netherlands in the late 1960’s, is one of the earliest forms of self-organization for businesses. Its impact has grown globally and is now utilized by myriads of organizations.
Join Glenn Marks, PhD in his interview with Sheella Mierson, PhD as they discuss both the what and the “why” behind sociocracy and what types of organizations are best suited to this approach.
