I provide coaching to a select group of leaders, change makers and aspiring leaders. For some the need is to have someone to bounce ideas off. They get stuck, bogged down, aren’t clear on the way forward. Some clients find that challenging their thinking, their underlying assumptions unleashes insight and creativity. Others want to develop or refine skills and strategy, or build healthier working relationships. Regardless of the motivation, we build off your strengths and success. Signature Coaching Programs

Theme based and designed to bring about targeted transformation and meaningful change in a structured, time limited, manner.

Six or Twelve Month Program

For leaders or entrepreneurs who benefit from ongoing coaching to address strategy, interpersonal or other concerns as they arise.

Problem Solving Focused

Designed for people wanting to work on an explicit concern, e.g. needs to become a more effective communicator, management style is causing disruption, etc.

How it works?

We start with an initial conversation to learn about you, your needs, strengths, and frustrations. And to be certain working together is a good fit. My role is to help you see more clearly what is working, what isn’t, and how to move through barriers and stumbling blocks.

Typically, we meet 60-75 minutes bi-weekly, though timing is flexible. I’m a big fan of mutually agreed upon outcomes, assessing progress along the way to assure you receive optimal value. We build a framework founded on aligning skills, purpose, values and goals.

Signature coaching programs

In my work with people, I’ve noticed certain recurring themes. Consequently, I’ve created a series of packaged programs tailored to address individual needs and objectives. Each utilizes a combination of assessments, exercises, and bi-weekly interactions to reach targeted outcomes. Additional sessions can be scheduled at the conclusion, if desired.

New and emerging leadership skills

Who: People recently promoted or about to be promoted to a management or leadership role.

Designed to facilitate the transition from “doer” to leader and associated change of mindset and approach.

This 8-session series is designed to develop essential leadership skills through targeted assignments applied to your specific work situation.

The thrill is gone - reigniting passion for work

Who: Mid-career individuals, those maxed out in current role, or persons in career transition.

It happens. Inevitably at a certain point what once got you jazzed no longer motivates. You’ve reached your milestones, you’ve made too many compromises, or perhaps life’s priorities have shifted.

Is it time to do something different or do what you are doing differently? Utilizing a series of assessments, exercises and honest conversation, we hone in, and develop strategies to align strengths, passions values, and interests in your work.

Grow yourself / grow your organization

Who: For executive directors, entrepreneurs or CEOs. 

The process of growing your business and organization is often tied to your own personal leadership development.

Utilizing a combination of hard – e.g. Strategy and business development, and soft —e.g, communication skills and self-awareness, this coaching is designed to expand both your personal and the organizational potential.

Mastering change

Who: Those drawn to social change, undergoing shifts in organizations, or working with a paradigm shift.

Most change initiatives fail due a combination of ineffective communication, failure to gain buy-in, difficulty managing pushback, and/or giving up too soon.

This program provides a combination of evaluation, clarifying messaging, strategy, and coaching through obstacles encountered in the process of execution.
