Brian Haney is a program manager and facilitator of healthier, more robust teams at Google. Brian has worked at Google since 2006, and in 2016, he was part of an experiment with Holacracy. These days, Brian has “hacked Holacracy” to better suit his team’s needs and has an in-depth understanding of self-organization, especially within as complex a company as Google.
